Five Stones Global mission is to mobilize a movement of Christ followers who build a culture of local sustainability and spontaneous multiplication in Great Commission efforts. Local sustainability empowers people to birth, grow, sustain, and reproduce their own efforts through local dignity, local vision, local resources, local creativity, and local leadership. Multiplication is a result of sustainability. Disciples, churches, ministries, and leaders are capable of multiplying themselves and their efforts over the long-term because they are healthy and sustainable from the beginning.

Five Stones Global vision is to transform the global mission context to one of sustainability, dignity, and possibility.

Intentionality from Day 1 results in exponential and long-term multiplication on Day 100.

Our motto, “Day 1 Affects Day 100,” is rooted in our belief that what we do on day 1 will affect the outcome on day 100. Beginnings affect endings. What we do from the beginning will either impede or enhance the process of disciples making disciples and churches planting churches, exponentially and over the long term. Five Stones Global is focused on empowering others to cultivate local sustainability and multiplication in mission efforts-evangelism, disciple making, church planting, and leadership development from the beginning.

We believe the Bible is the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that all people are guilty of sin and in need of salvation; that salvation is available only through the vicarious and atoning death of Jesus Christ, and that people must believe in Him, accepting Him as Savior and Lord to obtain salvation.

We believe that salvation is all by grace, not the result of any human efforts.

We believe in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of bringing people to salvation and by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and participate effectively in the Great Commission.

We believe in the one holy universal church, which is the Body of Christ to which all true believers belong, and in its mission to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and make disciples of all nations.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe in the centrality of the local congregation of believers—the local church—as the primary resource for carrying the Good News of the Gospel to those who have not heard.

We believe that at the end of the age, Christ will descend from Heaven and the dead in Christ will be raised bodily and all those living will meet with Him in the air. Those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will live with God, in His presence, for all eternity.

Darcy Gem-Filipino Missionary in Cambodia
I’m Darcy Gem, a Filipino, missionary in Battambang, Cambodia for almost 9 years now.
Oh boy, everything you said is just sooooo true. I, together with my wife have started ministries with methods that are not sustainable and cultural adaptable. I really loved the story you shared about the Mongolian believers who milked their yaks and would throw a cup of milk up in the air as an act of worship. I am sharing new ideas with those whom I disciple every week.
