Vision, Mission & Ethos
“… Work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody” (1 Thessalonians 4:11-12).
To strengthen the formation of locally sustainable and self-multiplying communities of Jesus followers that reflect the New Testament and the authenticity of the local cultures.
To come alongside the global community to create a culture of dignity, sustainability, and multiplication in Great Commission efforts.
Ethos ~ DAY 1 affects DAY 100
We believe that what disciple-makers, church planters, and missionaries do on DAY 1 (the foundational level) will either accelerate or inhibit locally sustainable and self-multiplying communities of Jesus followers on DAY 100 (in the long-term).
